burgundy in January warms on a cold night throw the afghan over us, we'll watch the roads turn white change your wet clothes, dim the lights as I top off your glass a toast to spending winters warm inside 'til storms have passed lazing on this winter's eve I listen to you breathe burgundy in January, we'll watch the roads turn white

Requiem 03:58

about

These tracks were written mostly on acoustic guitar and are enhanced with accordion, electric guitar, theremin, and bass in something of a "wall-of-sound" approach. It is the first album where I had enough confidence in my playing to feature accordion and guitar solos. Halls, Winter Pop Song, Two Views Part 2, and Requiem had previously been recorded, but were re-worked and vastly expanded for this album.
